Doesn't seem too great, lowes is $4 or $3.33 if you get 3 rolls at a time.
3.33 per roll or 3.33 for all 3? aka 1.11 per roll?

seems like the 3.27 price is just about the standard price on amazon. it basically bounces between 3.27 and 3.99.

Thank you, Hope it still works to cover exposed wires on an electrical cord.
Yup. I'd much rather use that stuff than others. If this electrical cord were ever in two pieces, I'd probably recommend heatshrink instead. But if it's all one piece and you can't slide heatshrink on, I get it. If it's going to be indoors and not really moved it's whole life, then dang near any tape would work fine.

If this is for an extension cord, I'd actually probably recommend just replacing the cord. They live rough lives and have to carry power over long distance. Voltage drop will be noticed even more over a 50+ft run.

I got 5 for $1, not name brand but generic ones, from Dollar Tree store. Great thing about Dollar Tree is everything is $1. Menard and HF Tools used to have this item for less than a dollar, I don't know if there's much difference in quality among various branded tapes. I believe $3 for electrical tape is way over price.
I rarely use electric tape anymore, use heat shrinking tube, but it's one of those critical item I carry in my tool box all the time.
All tape is not created equal. After 33, I never used generic tape again.

Time for a body wax?
No way. Go to Home Depot about 5:30 in the morning to pick up a few workers and take them home. Provide them with tweezers, problem solved.

That's right. But that is in case for people who use it constantly. But for regular fellas doesn't worth have the 3 rolls in the storage.
This is Slickdeals buddy, most bang for your buck.

Any reason to get this if I don't do any electrical work at all. I have duct tape but is this type of tape better at other things besides electrical?

Please do not post reviews about something you obviously know nothing about. It makes you look foolish. Comparing cheap plastic tape to Scotch 33+ is like saying gold and gravel are the same thing.

Super 33+ is some of the best tape you can use indoors or outdoors that will last years and years without crumbling to pieces like normal cheap electrical tape. Price isn't a super good deal and not much better than you can get from Lowe's on a 3 pack.

Is the $0.70 7mil PVC tape at Menards that bad compared to this 7mil vinyl tape?

This is a whole another level compared to generic tape. Never knew until I tried.

That's why, if there's a 3M product in a category, it's always worth buying or trying. Stellar products. Unbelievably unique where you'd just expect generic products.

Agree. There's some places I will cut corners on, but 3m electrical tape and adhesives (like Super Weatherstrip Adhesive) will always be found on my garage shelves.

Fack it. "Scotch" came up as an alert for my "Scotch" whiskey. Leaving this thread in shame.
