I got this exact set on the last deal. Came without any issues. Packed in Lego outer box, which doesn't have any extra room for dropping etc. But mine came in perfect shape.
My Bugatti has been on order since 2/6. Latest date they tell me is 3/1 to ship it. My prior two orders from them came quickly but they are sh*t at communicating.

Same here. Bought my Buggati on 2/5 and still haven't received much word on when they are shipping it.
Never once had an issue and I have purchased from them 40+ times.
Wish I could say the same. Had good luck with them for the first few purchases, but as soon as I had a problem (a $300+ order), customer service was anything but. I had to file a CC dispute because they wouldn't refund my money despite acknowledging they hadn't fulfilled the order. Had to resort to chat and messages, as live phone customer service is difficult.

Same here. Everything was good but when you need to contact them, customer service is not good
Bought a lego set from zavvi last Christmas as a gift. It arrived in a totally busted box. To return I have to pay for the return shipping then wait for reimbursement. I'm still waiting for that reimbursement now.
They are a hit or miss. Some purchases were very well protected; other times it was poorly wrapped in a black plastic bag. If you don't care about packaging, they are good to go.

They suck at communicating, but when I hadn't gotten my Disney castle yet, I emailed them and they dispatched it the next day.
