YMMV - Priced at $349 and pickup only. I'm in Michigan and it shows 5 stores having more than one available. I ordered through Chesterfield, MI location and they have 2 left.
Great to find without any markup or 4 months to wait.
Ordered the 1 left at my store. We'll see if they actually have it.
Update: ready for pickup. Thanks!
I did the math and it looks like if you were to buy all the dumbbells these turn into you'd be paying about 50 cents a pound. I don't see prices of weights coming down that low in the foreseeable future. So not only this is compact it also is very budget friendly. Granted rubber hex would be ideal these will be just fine for the average person.
I've had these for six months and they are pretty good. It is a bit awkward doing some exercises due to the barbell shape, so honestly I'd only get these or the 10xx model (more weights) if space is a huge premium. Otherwise I kinda wish I had gotten just regular dumbbells of different weights and stuff, those are probably better long term.
Still for the first year or two of serious weightlifting these are great.
Just ordered one. There were two in stock at my local store. Consider signing up for their email promotions for a 10% off coupon code (look near the bottom of the homepage). The code worked for me. So $314.99 before tax. Probably the best price on these since the pandemic hit.
Also sign up for their rewards, you will get 10 GC for next month for spending 300. If you are already rewards member some get 3x the points coupon and you will get 30 GC next month with that. And on pick up slip there will be survey for $10 off $50 so you will have $20 off 50 or $40 off $50 for next time you want something else at Dicks.
