Reason?
Mainly, AMOLED is freaking amazing for a tablet. But you'd have to get the highest gb version to get more ram. Also it has everything the s7 has but a better chip with higher 120 hz. You wouldn't see a difference in either tablet other than the quality of the screen

I'm assuming since some people don't like the change from oled to lcd

i've been looking at this model specifically for reading ebooks with its high PPI display, can anyone comment on the screen quality for reading text?
It's okay. Not particularly great but no LCD or OLED really is. It's as good as you'd get on iPads but far below Kindle.

Ive seen both side by side and I cant tell the difference at all. On some cases, the s7 display is actually slightly better. Not saying that amoled is worse becaue it is not but the better processor, side key fingerprint reader, higher resale/trade in value in the future is enough to pick the s7 for relatively the same price.

Right, I just gave my opinion into the mix. I've had both and decided with my boxes to cross off which I personally wanted. I wouldn't pay more than 430$ for a tablet though, either. Hence I didn't get the best one, s7+

Yeah if you care about text mostly LCD is actually better than OLED since it uses RGB layout which works better with text.
If you have better than 20/20 eyesight or get too close to an OLED screen you can actually see color fringing around text which can be annoying.
However, there are occurrences where I can notice color fringing when viewing the display closer-up, so a slightly higher screen resolution would be appreciated. https://www.xda-developers.com/go...ign=buffer

I think pricematch is the same as return window. Never hurts to try - may even get Samsung credit as good will.

My EPP discount gets removed when I go to the checkout page. Any ideas?
That happens to me when I log in with my personal email address through EPP, even if the price on product page shows the EPP price. However, the EPP discount appears in cart if I login with mt company email address.
