I owned one and used it last fall to clear my 1/3 acre yard of thick layers of leaves. It works well, but you only get about 15 min. per 5 ah battery. It takes 4-5 batteries to do my yard.

No, the DCBL722 are all the same.... (up to 450 CFM of air volume and up to 125 Mph with concentrator )

The specs on Grainger are for the Gen 1 DCBL720 that without the nozzle tip has less mph..... (up to 400 CFM of air volume at 90 MPH)

The Grainger listing is for the DCBL722 and with a 5amp battery shows in cart delivered ($15.62 shipping) for $154.62 + tax.

So, unless picking up and presuming you do get the DCBL722, for about $45 more, you get a 5amp battery which is an ok deal in comparison.... (the battery is worth about $50). If picking up, go with Grainger.

Note: Check, but Fasteners Inc does not charge sales tax at all locations.

Absolutely... and does a decent job with dry leaves, flower beds, etc. But, if the grass is wet, try to get to it before someone walks or drives on it. It is kind of like snow removal that is a lot easier before someone walks on it and packs it down.
