Love mine, got it from a DTO store almost 10 years ago and don't regret it ever. Awesome when they drop in the $100 range.
It drops to $100 at HD a few times per year

That's what I'm waiting for.

I had ordered the Ridgid miter saw stand from DTO on Black Friday when they had it for $70 shipped. It's so big and heavy, that FedEx totally destroyed it and it never got delivered but instead returned to DTO. By that time, DTO became OOS on the item, so DTO could not ship another, and refunded me instead.

So, even though it is $30 more at HD, it will be worth it to get one fully intact and guaranteed.

I missed the scroll saw they had in a deep discount on Jan. Kept thinking about it then when I finally decided to pull the trigger, it was OOS both to ship and at stores.

Still not available... So just playing the waiting game.

I ordered a Rypbi wet dry vac a few days ago from them without the coupon . Noticed they raised the prices the day they issued the coupon. That's sketchy.

I'm waiting for them to get in this Ryobi belt sander, since Milwaukee is apparently never going to make one... https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../313933395

The one I am looking at folds up nicely. I think I would keep it in the folded position and up against the wall until I needed it. Thoughts?

I have this. Spent a little more for it at HD. It is outstanding g.
The large wheels make it super-easy to maneuver, and easy to roll over things like extension cords and wood scraps on the garage floor..
i installed a kerf light om my DW703 and the combination makes me feel like friggin Bob Vila!

I had a Hitachi C12RSH mounted on mine and it was not the easiest to unfold when I was using it. The stand was probably designed for smaller and lighter saws, though. IMO, it's good if you need to move it around on jobsites, but if in the garage, you may want to make a folding miter saw stand.

Example of one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6vHCVZRX3Yg
I have a heavy Bosch SCMS on mine and agree it's a little finicky to unfold/fold (and you want to keep some weight on it when folding it because otherwise it will drop fast) but other than that no complaints.

It is sturdy and the big wheels work great for wheeling it out of my garage over a lip and onto a rough driveway, which is where I typically use it.

This is what I do but it still takes up a fair amount of space.

You can reduce the overall footprint by strategically adjusting your saw before folding. I have a SCMS and center the saw on the rails, put it it at 45 degree miter, and to the maximum bevel setting.

Thanks everyone. Saw some posts about it being 100 at HD. Guess I will have to. Also keep an eye over there.
