Still unsure if I want to buy the 4k firestick for $30, this for $22.5 or none at all.

Currently have 2016 2nd Gen firestick and use bluetooth headphones often with it. Tried Roku before idk which model, many years ago and it was terrible experience.
I have the Stick+ now. I started with Roku, then went to Firestick, and I hated the Firestick with a passion. Bought the Roku Stick+ and am glad I did. Having the TV power & volume buttons on the same remote as the Roku is well, well worth the slight increase in price.

A showstopper for me. Makes sense that streaming sticks are wifi-only, but excluding Ethernet ports from boxes like this is disappointing.

Nope. Chromecast with Google TV, Firesticks or a TiVo 4K Stream is what you're after.

Don't forget that the Google TV with remote deal is still going on if you can use the 6 months of Netflix credit. Ya end up paying around $10.00 for the Chromecast/Google TV. After about a week, I replaced all 3 of my Rokus with them.

That deal expires December 31, 2021. So it'll be around for a while. Smilie

Does anyone the Xfinity app on a Roku stick at different address to stream TV?
Xfinity on the 1st gen fire stick is super slow to start (20 seconds) but streams clearly. I pay for Xfinity at my place, but trying to let someone use my account on the app

You can also use your phone as a remote on the fire stick with the app
The sucky part is they got rid of the keyboard feature last I checked. Have to use a third party app for that Frown
