Yes, the battery's can last a year on normal use, I recommend using lithium AA's to speed the lock motor up a bit.
You get a set of 5 physical keys, they are a high security design and cannot be duplicated normally. Also the unit has a microUSB port on the outside as well so you can power it on that way if your batteries die and don't have a key.

Fortunately, I was able to send both back, but I am reluctant to try another. I have an excellent wifi set up, but one problem might be with my front door which is slightly warped and especially in the winter it takes some doing to get it closed.
I just replaced my Wyze cameras with Eufy. Maybe I should give this a try. Third lock a charm??
Why 'risk' living in a house with windows? Probably because the perceived benefit outweighs the remote risk. Just like I'm guessing your house remains far more likely to be broken into the old fashioned way before anyone hacks your smart lock.
I am very reluctant to give that to a CCP influenced entity.
Gotta check that, mine last maybe 4-6 months on 4 ikea rechargeable AA. Try better batteries and see...
I occasionally had some issues getting it to unlock with the app, but it is likely because of the Bluetooth range, it's not a feature I use often anyhow.
If my finger is slightly wet from rain, or holding a cold glass of whiskey, it sometimes takes a few tries to read my print.
The best thing about it is only leaving the house with my car key and that's it, so much less of a hassle now.
It will take time to get used to the deadbolt closing on its own. I can't tell you how many times I've left the door open for over 30 seconds to run and get something outside, and then slammed it against the poor door jamb when coming back inside.

I would like to know,.. About about this one which I want to install at new house.
1. How many fingerprints it can stores? Wife and 4 kids?
2. Can it integrates with Smart hub?
3. Can I open or closed remotely?
4. Does it have it's own app and can I use with Google home or Alexa?
I would be amazed if more than 2% of people who scrolled past this deal could claim after purchasing they had widened what was previously their tightest defense against criminals.
Lock picking, lock hacking... I just don't hear about it.
Crowbarring sliding doors? Absolutely. Breaking windows? Sure. Pulling the garage door release and sliding it up, yeah. Maybe just kicking in the door (do you have specialty screws, anti-pry, a reinforced door and frame?).
Know your threat model. Know what kind of crimes your area sees. Protect yourself when it makes sense in ways that make sense.
