Why would you want to pay more for something else thats less superior? Im assuming you're talking about the g5 se amd deal? 4600h and 5600m are far better than this deal...why would you want to send it back? Is it not operating right?
Honestly I'm moving from an Inspiron I got in 2017 to this and I'm not a fan of the build. All weird grey plastic. But I thought the 1660Ti was a better GPU than the 5600M. The i7 10750H is also better than the 4600H. I think the only thing my G5 SE has over this is the SmartShift AMD software

Obligatory - Made in China (for those that seem to get worked up over this.)

ZERO people have ever asked where a laptop is made. Because of course they are all made in China. Keep posting it on every thread though...

What refresh rate should external monitor be for this for gaming? Same as the laptop screen?

Without any dock or hub, you can connect three 4K monitors at 60 Hz. One each for HDMI 2.0, mini Display Port 1.4 and Thunderbolt 3 port, using a Type-C to HDMI or DP adapter.
So hub or dock you can have 3,4 monitors? I have desktop xps 8940, thinking about selling the 1660 Ti and with integrated graphics from mobo got 2 ports, later I might use up to 4 monitors and do I just buy a hub/dock? how exactly do I do that.

And how do the screens look with integrated vid card and hub/dock? It's not for gaming, some youtube/tv the regular stuff.

You can buy a Thunderbolt 3 dock and connect another two 4K displays at 60 hz. And they'll look same even if they're connected via integrated graphics. If the application is using dedicated card, it still gets processed by the nVidia card but the signal then routed through the integrated graphics card. In this laptop, I think the Mini Display Port and the Type-C port, are directly connected to the dedicated graphics card and the HDMI 2.0 PORT, via integrated graphics. Thunderbolt always connects to the integrated GPU.
