If you can deal with the dim display (249 nits according to https://www.laptopmag.com/reviews...restige-14 [laptopmag.com]), this is a very good deal. I've been looking for a month and still haven't found what I'm looking for.
You actually linked the review of the previous generation. Check before you post here. That model is A105C which has the older 10th Gen Comet Lake i7-10510U CPU.

This model has average brightness of 280 nits and max of 293 nits. Also, this is a Matte display without any reflections, no problem with brightly lit environments.

It's depressing when they push it as a performance machine without a dedicated GPU. Even a 2GB card for mediocre gaming would be better than the IG.
No, it will not. Read a bit about Intel Iris XE Graphics. The Integrated Graphics here is faster than MX150, MX250 and almost equivalent to a Nvidia MX350 Graphics card.

BTW, Graphics card performance is not proportional with how much Graphics memory it has; there are other factors. There can be a lot of 2GB cards which are faster than 4GB cards.

MSI as a brand is a good value brand. I'd say it's solid. In my opinion.

GL65 is bigger and much heavier (5 lb vs 2.65 lb), but it's faster.

I've read a few reviews, the Prestige 14 seems like a good deal. Reviewers all mention the dim display though (~300 nits, which isn't that bad, but not good for a high-end laptop.)

No, you can't. It has faster LPDDR4X memory than a 3200 MHz DDR4 ram nut LPDDR memory is always soldered. But that faster memory, boost the graphics performance by a good margin compared to same cpu paired with normal 3200 MHz DDR4 memory.

You may want to check the FPS chart for this IG in particular compared to a 770m or comparable 2GB card.
