6.5 inch. Suitable for electronics or lower voltage applications. Definitely not big enough to be useful for most electricians, imo.

Update: For those not graphically inclined, this deal post is basically the normal price for these 6" standard grip pliers and more expensive than they were for a good portion of last year.

I don't know for sure but anything over 12/2 romex probably gets difficult. I would think MC would take a hell of a squeeze.

These are twinner size cutters. Too big for fine work and too small for cutting big cables. Spend your $20+ somewhere else.

I don't need these, the Craftsman I have work just fine, but I want them. They look like a good size for Cat5 and smaller home electrical tasks.

This seems like a lot for a single tool. Am I way off base here?

OK I'll bite. What do I need for a 00 gauge, 240 volt rated compressed copper wire?

Dang that's bad. I use some Capri strippers that include a cutter. Works pretty darn well.

You are 100% on point sir. But a discount on overpriced gear is awesome!

This is there spec: Wire Cutting Capacity: Soft 5/32-Inch, Medium 7/64-Inch, Hard 5/64-Inch

Inch is a weird choice over mm or gauge for them but that is what the Amazon page shows.

This is a good deal. Thanks for sharing. Love all my Knipex so I'm sure it's a great pair. I am tempted to buy it, but my old ass pair of Kobalts has been trusty and true- to abandon them would be a fool's play.
