I personally have 3 refurbished 65t's (one for Office, gym, and home) from Jabra direct, and all of them work fine - and I've had them for about a year. my guess is that they might just be excess product passed off as refurbs... Best Call and music experience with these.

Alright, I'm finally going to get another pair to compliment my excellent experience with the 65t's. While the 65t's have no issues, I do want to leave a pair at the office and SD you have got me opening my wallet again!

That price with the wireless charging case is definitely worth it. I don't have the wireless charging case. Is it still worth it if I don't need the headphones...? Therein is the dilemma...

The two reasons why I haven't caved are that they cannot be used fully individually despite Jabra's promises for last 3 straight years with every new release and for some reason these manufacturers keep the right bud as the primary and left as secondary when the majority of population finds it more natural to hold the phone to their left ear. Just an absurd design decision in my opinion. RHA True connect 2, original AirPods, and AirPods Pro do it. Why can't brands like Jabra?

Otherwise, my experience with Jabra as my office on ear headset, my good old car speaker when that was a thing has been very good.

I've owned my 65t's for about 2 years now. And EVERYBODY notices the improvement in the quality of my voice and ambient noise suppression when I switch from my phone mic or my laptop mic to my Jabras. Probably the primary reason I don't feel like switching to another pair of earbuds even if they do have noticeably better music playback quality
