Doesn't appear to have band 71 which you'll want for T-mobile (or Mint Mobile, Metro, etc.)
*This

71 band is a practically a must for T-mo particularly if you had issues with coverage earlier. Coverage where I live with older phones used to be atrocious -- with phones that support 71 band Tmo is surpassing Verizon (through work) handily.
It will work on T-Mobile but you may not get as good of coverage without band 71. T-mobile has been filling in a lot of their coverage holes with band 71 (600 mhz) over the past couple years.

Not trying to be racist, but I would recommend people to stop buying phone from chinese companies. There are reports from time to time about user data privacy issue with smart devices from chinese companies. If those chinese companies has no US offices, we can't sue them for any violations. And they can get away with it. So protect yourself by not buying chinese phones.
"Not trying to be racist, but..." almost always precedes something racist! Not a good start to your post. But going to the substance of your argument--how are the "user privacy issues" different from any other Android phone?? I'm still wary of Huawei 5G even after all signs point to a US intelligence smear campaign against them, so I'm sympathetic to your argument but not really sure why TCL should be treated any differently than LG or Motorola/Lenovo.

Please don't use the wrong term - it has nothing to do with race/racism. The word you are looking for is nationalistic or anti-statist. Privacy is a worldwide issue, but is much worse in a nation like China.
