If I open a business under my name (solo proprietorship) would all expenses I charge to this credit card be eligible for the bonus? or do certain charges not apply? Thanks!
Nope, but you need to be under 5/24 to be able to apply for one still.
Sweet. I think I signed up for 4 credit cards, and 1 business card in the past 24 months, so I was contemplating signing up for a different chase chard soon. If the business card counted, the id be screwed.
On a side note, I think I might have singed up for 5 actually so I will probably be denied but, I wont know till i try.
I've collected several Chase cashback bonuses in the past
Seeing the following in the terms & conditions makes me wonder if they would deny the bonus

Got sapphire 6 months ago and stopped using it after getting the bonus. Are they talking about me?
did not work for me:

I had a Chase Business Ink card (don't remember which) that provided me with a bonus of 100K Ultimate Rewards points as the introductory offer, but that card carried an annual fee. I used the card for several years, then downgraded that card into this card in this offer (Chase Ink Biz Cash) because it didn't have the annual fee. I just closed that Chase Ink Biz Cash account a little while ago. Do I need to wait a certain period if I want to re-signup for that card and get this bonus? To be clear, I never applied or received a promotion for the Chase Ink Biz Cash card, the only reason I had it was because I downgraded a different biz card....TIA!
Next week, Staples will be selling Visa gift cards with no fee, limit 5 (= $1000) per transaction.
Will eight transactions within a week, all at the same store, only buying gift cards, raise a flag?
I think I earn 5% in points on a purchase at Staples, yes? So $7500 purchase = $375 in points?
It may raise a flag if you don't spend in large quantities (as in potential fraud flag), but it won't raise a flag about abusing the bonus category or affect you in any negative way. The point of bonus categories is to encourage more spending in those categories, which is sounds like you're locked and loaded and ready to do
Well shoot, applied for it any way and was not immediately approved. And my credit score is 800+. Mind you, I had just received a new card from Navy Federal with a $25K limit a few days ago. But I wanted this card for the 5% back at Staples and buy many Visa gift cards with them.
Should I call and ask about this? Can I still get a card in time?

Random question for someone, does anyone know if signing up for a business cc counts towards like, chases requirement of 5/24 rule?

But cashing out 1:1 isn't a great value with this
