Best tip I have is create your 100+ page book whenever and have it on standby for when this deal comes along which is every month or so. As trying to make a good one in a few days would not be a pleasant experience.
Also I highly recommend the deluxe lay flat at 10x10. Although they cost a bit more than $10, they come out absolutely fantastic!
