The left bud does the red/green light like described. I've never seen a light on the right bud at all. Charged them over night just to make sure. Thanks for the help though. I have started a ticket with Jabra.

Hope they get to yours quicker than mine. Went to their site and through the steps that people here said to take. That didn't work so I put in for more help. A day later they emailed me and had me try all the steps again. No dice. Now we are playing email tag and it takes them about a day to respond. Though they last responded on Wed last week and nothing since. I think their job is to string things out as long as possible, or at least that is how it appears. Not sure why this couldn't have been a few minute conversation with them.
