Amazing laptop, no Thunderbolt 3 support but for the price who cares.

Recommended Upgrades:

32GB of 2933mhz CL17 DDR 4 Ram (2x16GB for dual channel)

Killer AX1650 WiFi Card (AX200 if you want to save some money and don't care about the gaming enhancements)

1TB Gen 3.0 NVME (Hynix P31 on sale, or Samsung 980 (NON-pro)

If you're up for it, as the machine doesn't have a warranty outside the 90 day provided by VIP outlet anyways, replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU, you'll need to take off the fans and heat pipes. Clean off the crap factory crud with Isopropyl. I personally recommend Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, but honestly anything you use will be better then the factory application and will significantly help with temps and fan run ups.
