If I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred card, and it has not been one year, can I downgrade my CSP to Freedom Flex and then apply for CSR without the bonus? Or to get approved for CSR, I have to meet the 48 month requirement? I want to take advantage of the 1.5x for travel and I don't mind forfeiting the sign-up bonus of CSR.
