that's a pretty ugly front cover.
I bought the black version a few weeks back from a previous SD post for the same price and I really like it. It has very good airflow and cable management is very easy. For a mid-tower, its kinda big.

This case has one of the best ratings for airflow that you can buy. Top 5 I believe.

I have two of them and heatsink/air cool both my machines, never above 55° even overclocked.

I have to agree, plus the fact that I'm not a fan of side windows makes me wish the 200R was on sale, one of the few decent cases you can buy without a stupid side window so you can clearly see all the dust inside your system laugh out loud

Agreed with ^^^ I have the case and it's decent enough with airflow but I keep the front off for less restriction and also I added fans. If you want to check out my build...

A little stingy in your post title. You had plenty of room to say it was a computer case.

Guys, just because it's called the airflow by the manufacturer doesn't actually mean it's the best at airflow. There are many superior options. You're buying this case because it's ok airflow for it's price point, not that it's the best. If it's great airflow you want, it's the phantek p300a priced at $60.

https://smile.amazon.com/Phanteks-Eclipse-PH-EC300ATG_BK01-full-metal-Mid-tower/dp/B083LYL7V5? [amazon.com]
that's a great case too, but the 275r airflow can fit up to 360mm in the front and 240mm at the top, whereas the p300a can fit up to 280mm in the front and 140mm at the top.

even though the 275r does have a good amount of plastic at the front, the airflow isn't really all that hindered (there's a gap between the chassis and the front panel as well), and allows for a greater variability of radiator/fan combinations.

Quote from Jesse :
6x120mm fans is mediocre at best. All the budget cases do that.

The Fractal with the 2 5.25" bays a couple of days ago mounts 4x140mm + 2x120mm. How can Corsair call their stuff "Airflow" and still get out-specced by a case with oldschool front bays?
not to be too pedantic, but the fractal fits 4x 140 and 1x 120 (which is still impressive). in the corsair, you can fit 3x 140 and 2x 120 (assuming you want to max out the 140). not a huge difference/sacrifice for the more modern design.

also, after about ~3 fans or so (2 intake - one for cpu and one for gpu, and 1 exhaust), any more than that yields diminishing returns. still helpful, but not critical. so to complain about "only" being able to put in 6 fans seems a bit sophomoric.

it is also pretty versatile in the size of different radiators you can put in there: 120mm, 240mm, 360mm, 140mm, and 280mm.

also, since you're claiming that "all budget cases do that", if you know of any other cases in this price range with similar specs but can fit more fans or has better airflow, please feel free to share. i'm not really aware of many cases in this price range that has the same versatility.

Got the black version a few weeks ago.
Anyone else think it's a bit too loud?
Other than that, Cable management was easy and temperatures are cool.
