No the pins are closer together on gen 2 than on gen 1.

I ended up getting the lightstrip and two extensions this was one hell of YMMV deal but totally worth the drive out to get them. Thanks OP

No go for the e12 in Burnsville, Savage, and St Louis Park Minnesota locations. Even though each showed 7, 8, and 3 in stock. How can they be off by that much? Target employees were acting as helpful as Walmart employees today... Swing and a miss on this one.

One of the electronics reps located another philips display box in the Home section for me. Might be worth it to browser around the aisle caps and see if you can find it or ask the electronics department again since they have the keys to open it up.

Hmmm... might have been worth a shot. I checked in the electronic hue case where the other smart bulbs and light strips were, along with the regular bulb section.

All gone on inventory now.
