I have one of these and love it. I mainly got it for my pup, but occasionally use it in my luggage when checking in bags at the airline and use it in my car. Good price, and good service for the inexpensive monthly plan.
I think cost about $20 a year and $1 a month.

Is yours with Verizon or AT&T? Any issues connecting to a phone as reported in the Amazon reviews?

I didn't know that. It is an interesting feature. Are those phones required to have the app installed? If so, not sure what the chances would be.

gotta expand your mind. when cellphones first came out, a lot of friends told me they couldn't see carrying one of those things especially if you have to pay for it. imagine that.

that being said, while there is merit to what this doesn't, i personally do not trust this device to accomplish the task. hard pass.

What app? The Smarthing apps should already in most of Samsung phones built in.

and what is the minimum location update frequency (can it update location very few seconds?) thinking of using it as location tracker and track recorder ...
