NewEgg has 2TB 980 Pro for $315. If you search SD you should be able to find the code needed to bring it to $315

incorrect. The sn850 uses 96 layer TLC.

samsung has the 2TB 980 pro at the same price and even less with military/first responder price reduction and rak*tun rebate

Grr. Still want a Samsung 2TB deal at =/<$250. We had it awhile back with a 970, and it's crazy not to see one again.

I heard there's not that much performance boost over 970 pro. Is that true?

What a smokin deal. I'd also like to know if it's worthwhile to upgrade from 970 pro.

Probably not worth to upgrade if you don't have PCI 4. Also you got MLC vs this is TLC.

PCI 4 on common Intel Core requires 11th Gen CPU chip and Z-590 chipset motherboard. Don't know AMD or Intel Xeon.
