I don't think it's necessary. It also has a zip lock closure. Don't feel guilty, just weigh out or count out a portion or two and put the bag out of reach. Abstaining from something like that can lead to a bit of a binge later. Good on you for caring about your health!

Should I put skittles, m&ms etc in freezer/ fridge if I don't plan to eat them any time soon or maybe once in awhile treat. I bought those 30 plus ounce pouches of chocolate and peanut butter m&ms 3 weeks ago, had 1 serving of each, then felt guilty after , so haven't touched them since. But I hate to waste them so fridge, freezer may be best option
