I'd agree if you scale it to 2k cals. But as a fast snack, it's tolerable as long as the rest of your cals aren't carbs. I just to stay under 15 g net.

Keto doesn't force you to eat any of the things you mentioned, especially processed oils. By the way this bar is not "healthy". The first ingredient is peanuts, which isn't actually a nut.
Have you tried the coconut keto clusters from Costco? So good
If they are worried about the bar being 5, I don't think they will like the macros for those. They are delicious though and I think they are on sale until the 4th

the keto diet is typically achieved through fatty meats and eggs.. and this wasn't for the diehard keto people hammering the unlike button. Not knowing anything about science and looking for a cheat diet to lose weight. It was for the people who are reading the comments thinking learning about keto.
