If you decide to get the Kickstand Wireless Charger, scroll down until you get to the "Special offers and product promotions" section, and click the "add both to cart" button next to the 20W Fast Charger. Wireless chargers use significantly more energy to charge the phone, and generate more heat, which reduces the lifespan of the battery. Wireless charging has it's place, but know the tradeoffs before you go swapping out all your cables.

Not sure how this is more convenient/faster then plugging in the cable since you have to align the magnetic ring.

True, but you also have to keep in mind that most people aren't going to be keeping their phone long enough to notice the degradation.

Not exactly. The point of the whole "MagSafe" sell is that you don't have to spend extra time trying to align it, like with normal Qi chargers, just get it close, and the magnets lock into the proper position, at any rotated angle

The Code didn't work for me, I guess it's dead... however the "Special offers and product promotions" for the 20w charging block for free is working. Both for $17 & Change
