Honest question - can we not even trust a product selling on Amazon with almost 33k reviews and 4.4 ratings? What am I missing here in all these comments here? <I'm obviously not affiliated to this brand and didn't even know of its existence before getting this sd alert>.

That is a great price. I don't remember what I paid for mine but I think it was more like 10-15 bucks.

Upon closer inspection, this same brand has multiple product listings, several of which have large number of reviews (1k / 5k / 30k) with 4+ ratings. Seems legit to me.

If it was from a brick and mortar store, I'd feel somewhat better about it... But I've started to have to return things more to Amazon, and I think they may set restrictions on how many times I can do returns. With that in mind... I'm not sure if it's worth it. I am likely having to also return a face shield I got recently from a deal here, because it's not as transparent as I'd like -and- the color of the shield is blue, not clear

I didn't see this on another deal with so many comments about new users (likely due to mobile app). But yikes, viewing via desktop browser, this deal so many new or relatively new users with tiny "got one, thanks" comments. This seems too good to be true (and work well). Super spammy. TD from me.
For once the good guys got the jump on the shillers and downvoted all the fake comments.

Alas, all it takes is a few clicks from a moderator to re-upvote all them, but I like the effort!!!

Non contact thermometers are crap don't waste your money. The temp of your skin will vary greatly due to ambient conditions. The thermometer adds some number of degrees as a guess but any number of factors cannot be factored in (sun, wind, something recently covering the skin being tested - people in caps would have to be rechecked because the band made their skin warmer). I don't understand why people are still obsessed with these things.
