I don't tear it down, it just stays up, so no issues with potential damage for tearing it down.
After the Ace deal last week I watched a bunch of review videos for this table and other options. My conclusion was that I probably didn't need a more expensive option and that this was a solid value at $50, so didn't hesitate to buy on this deal. Easy to return if it disappoints.
This model does not have the adjustable legs, many complaints I saw are for the adjustable leg model.
I don't plan to use/move mine daily, so the legs not always latching into their slots when folded up doesn't seem like a big deal to me but can see that being annoying if you were moving it a lot, couple bungie cords can resolve that issue but I'd probably go with a different option if I was moving it long distances/frequently.
I already have multiple folding sawhorses and other workbenches, if I didn't I might get a pair of WORX Pegasus when on sale since they have the two-by slots and some shallow dog-holes.
