How many people actually get those gift cards? I always assumed it was a scam.
I ordered a cheap phone tripod with a gift card offer for a five star review. The tripod seemed decent enough, so I went ahead and wrote an honest review detailing the product pros and cons, giving it five stars, and submitted it for the gift card offer, and they actually honored it. The gift card was worth more than the tripod.

It's all about the tuning, build quality etc.. just seeing that it has 50mm drivers doesnt mean much. I have some headphones when 40mm drivers that sound better than my 50. Specs aren't everything. For the price and all those questionable 5 star reviews that others have mentioned I'd really stay away.

I literally did this one, got a card, and now repeatedly get emails for new stuff to get for free + get cards back. I usually only bite if its something i wanted anyway.

Is it a scam?

Depends on who you ask. It is 100% against Amazon's rules for sellers, so yes.

For you though, gravy.

Basically any Chinese tech product like this with a made-up capitalized company name (VANKYO) and lots of positive reviews has refunded the purchase price of dozens or hundreds of them in exchange for 5 star reviews.

Questionable quality, wont last, but its cost is so dang cheap. Especially after leaving a 5 star review and receiving a $20 amazon gift card from Vankyo"
You sure about that? Any details?

If that is true, of course I am going to buy it and give it 5 stars. Why not?

My son has been using & abusing one of these for the past year. That's probably the longest any headset has lasted with him ...

For the price why not. It is always handy to have a spare headset around

Do too many or the wrong ones and your account will be flagged, all reviews removed, and you won't be able to review anything in the future

But even then, I have these. They're actually not bad. I have some steel arctis 1 wireless headsets and I gave these to my 6 year old.

Thanks OP. I need something for Video Meetings, which can last a few hours - similar duration as gamers, LOL! For $12, and delivery by tomorrow, it is worth trying.

This work on the blue/black pair? Are they worth the upgrade from the red/black pair? Are they even different?
