You are mistaking people with the 4th picture you added.

This is not the gift set model with 4 extra sets included in it. (Those accessories and furniture)

This is the base model with just the building/doors/elevator.

Fell free to search up the Model CF3010
Walmart is listing for it.

Walmart also did no include these last 3 pictures, the slickdealer added them from another source.
