One downer of the 20" is that it fits parallel to the long dimension on the packout system, and it takes up more than half of a unit but not quite the full thing. So if you're putting it on top of a stack of other toolboxes, this is the only thing you'll be able to have on top.

The 15" fits sidways - two of them can fit by side, or more realistically any of the other units that are half-width can also fit on the system. I use the 15" toolbox (no closed top, for general tools) and the 15" closed top (for drill/impact/multitool and accessories) next to each other. Other people like the charger+light, vacuum, or even lunchbox or half-width hardcase toolbox. Eitherway, consider if the extra 5" of length is worth giving up the flexibility.
I'm certain that is NOT the retail price.

I own one of these and the biggest strength of it is that because its part of the modular packout system, the bottom of the bag is built with that solid hard plastic base which protects it from tools punching through it. You could rig up cheaper alternatives though but if you're already using the packout system, this is great.

My only gripe is that there's too few pockets inside for skinny tools, though I'm assuming Milwaukee wants you to buy their packout totes for that purpose.

Is this serious, $108 for a 20" tool bag?

Respect JackL21's point about it being attachable to pack out but honestly would never pay $100 even for this function. Overpriced MSRP IMHO.

$110 tool bag? I'm assuming it comes full of tools to justify this price?

Maybe in "bags" but their Fuel line of tools are incredible. Also they made their "HO" line of batteries with the Tesla 2170 cells and the performance boost is amazing. Hard to go wrong with Milwaukee tools but you may have a point on stylish bags.

I actually disagree for their tools. There are some exceptions of course but I've been very happy with some of their tools. The impact wrench I have from them is 2nd to non. I dont own many of their products due to the price but there are cases where the tools are best quality and you pay for that.

This bag and the other super high priced items compared to value is a different story, thats why I called it out. They make jackets and stuff too that all you're paying for is the name -- none of which i own.

I'm in the Milwaukee ecosystem and hav bought several M12 and M18 tools. Some good deals to be found there though they're still over priced the quality makes it worth it.
That being said, $45 for a bag??? Come on man.
