They had me do the same thing. Now I'm the same status as you. I don't understand why it's so difficult to do this.

SCE recently underwent some data maintenance on their site, and we are seeing some residual fallout with customer's attempting to connect their utility with OhmConnect.
Rest assured we are working to remedy this issue. If a week passes and you still see utility "issue" on your dashboard or have not received an invitation to take part in an energy saving event, please reach back out and we would be happy to investigate this further.

Strange...I don't think people who have gotten the Nest link ever had to put on any payment information. How do they get charged if it's not connected?
They have collected all my information and now asking me to start participating in events !!( which I am planning to do anyways )
