This is the tool to get, everyone needs one. It wasn't until I took a job later in life that I realized how great they are. This goes doubly if you deal with anything electrical or in metal boxes.
For those asking for one with magnetic tip

I have never seen this type of tool (and have used klein, lennox, and a few other brands) that was magnetized. I think the issue is that there isn't a place to put a permanent magnet; the same reason you wouldn't typically find a socket set that is magnetized. For the bits you could just magnetize them yourself (wouldn't last forever, but would be something), but for the nut drivers you are out of luck.

In the real world they make tools to hold screws without magnets, if you do that kind of work you should probably get one of those. If it is just for odd jobs though it is a nice, but not needed feature.

I have one of these in my pocket everytime I go to a rental, as there's always some little odd job that needs taking care of.

Also great for appliance repair. I just replaced the drum rollers in a Whirlpool dryer with nothing but one of these multi-bit drivers.

I agree with Preon, as an electrician this tool has been super handy and useful. For service calls it's great because it's several tools in one, reducing the load/weight of a small tool pouch. I wouldn't say that it 100% replaces all the other tools, but for normal day-to-day jobs it's perfect.

The HFT version is good, but it's time I reward myself with a good multifunction like this. Got 1 for my bro as part of his housewarming gift set, and 1 for my journeyman bro and Dad
