Starts 4/14 Costco Novaform 14" Comfort Grande Plus Mattress Queen $480 King $560 shipped (cheaper in warehouse?)

Starting 4/14 Costco will have $100 off Queen and $120 off King. Novaform 14" Comfort Grande Plus memory foam mattress.

This makes the price $480 for the Queen and $560 for the King shipped. I suspect the price is cheaper in warehouse.... anyone happen to know how much?

Anyone have experience with this mattress? Seems every brand has some excellent and some terrible reviews.....

I just bought this in store for $499 for the queen size around the 20th of March. So not sure if the final price would be $399 for the queen.

Not sure if they would match the coupon price.
The mattress is exceptionally good. Bought my first one about 5 years ago. This is my second one for a second home

Anyone thinking about purchasing any of these mattresses but haven't had any prior experience with it, I recommend buying the mattress online. Should that mattress not be to your liking and have to return, Costco will pick up the mattress for the return. Once the mattress is unpacked, it isn't a trivial thing to just pick it up and return to the warehouse. I have had to return a mattress once since it wasn't what we had hoped for and Costco picked it up from my home.

However, if you are able to, the mattress can also be returned at your neighborhood warehouse.

I believe I've read that if it's within 30 days you can go to customer service and request a price match. (Wait til the sale starts on Wednesday tho.)

Does anyone know the return policy for mattresses with Costco? Just seeing how long we can try it out for before committing.

It should fall under their 'satisfaction guaranteed' policy, which has no time limit.

If you buy online and decide to return it... I think they take care of picking it up. If you buy in store.... it's your problem to get it back there for a return. (Which can be quite challenging once a memory foam mattress is out of the box and expanded.)

But in warehouse is generally cheaper (no shipping), so there's a trade off.

Thanks! If buying in-store, do you know if it comes condensed or fully inflated? Thinking I might be able to put it on my roof racks...

It will be compressed into a very heavy but manageable sized box.

Once you take it out of the box you'll never get it back in there.

Yes it does fall under the 'satisfatcion guaranteed' policy. Based on my experience returning a mattress which was purchased online, there were no shipping fees and Costco picked up the mattress from my house. Online purchases can be submitted for return through the Costco app/website.

Having stated that, my return was within a reasonable amount of time to realize that the mattress is not gonna work out (a little over 30 or so days). Now, I imagine that if it were to be a lengthy period of time, say more than 6 months, there might be shipping fees levied but I do not know. At this point, if you are able to, I'd return it to your neighborhood warehouse if you have access to a suitable vehicle for transport. If you have to pay to rent one, I'd probably just pay the shipping fees (if levied) than go through the hassle of renting a vehicle (cost) and lugging the mattress back to Costco (exposure to possible injury).

Price in warehouse will be $399 for queen, $479 for king. So $80 cheaper than online...but more difficult returns if you don't like it.

Anyone have experience with Novaform vs. the Costco Casper Select? Trying to decide between the two, was hoping the Casper would be on sale this month.

Thank you!

I'm viewing this as $80 cheaper but a far less convenient return process (if necessary).

Exactly lol I was just editing my post to add that when you replied. Can make the case for online if you haven't tried out the mattress...unless you own a moving truck lol.

I have this in a queen now for 7 plus years and really like it. I am debating on a king now and moving my queen to the spare room.
