I purchased one from Costco at this price around Thanksgiving. I like this machine better than the older Keurig, but three months later, the machine stopped working. I returned it through Costco, and Keurig will also replace it (but that would have taken much longer). I called Keurig, and there have been issues recently with the machines just not turning on (and they are aware of it).

Hold onto that Costco receipt!

Same thing happened with me. Just stopped turning on out of nowhere 4 months after owning it. Costco would only refund me the money ($100) and wouldn't let me exchange since the price had gone up to 135 or something. While it worked it was great so I'm going to buy it again

Planning to get one too. But I guess I should keep the old one as a backup if these have issues. I saw a YouTube review that got me interested in moving up to this model.

I purchased a new unit for the $135 and then returned the defective unit to Costco with the new receipt (that way, I still only paid the $100 sale price) Smilie

Yes, we went back to the Keurig Select [amazon.com] that has held up well and does everything we need with four cup sizes (6, 8, 10 and 12oz), an extra strength button and seems to hold more water. So far, this Select used at home has had about 1,000 cups ran through it without even dealing with a filter.... the key is not to use tap water that is full of minerals. Use either an RO, or decent bottled water from an RO (reverse osmosis) and turn it off when done. The Select at shop has had countless cups ran through it without an issue.

The more bells and whistles like this OP Supreme, the more potential problems that appears to be a computer issue. We just returned and bought a deal from Target for the same Select model I had taken to shop. I will say that the 4oz size availability with full strength on the Supreme is a strong cup of coffee that you can replicate with the Select by simply shutting off ahead of time..... but, very few want coffee that strong.

I almost bought the Supreme at Target for $139 the other day. I went to Costco last night thinking I was getting the same thing for $99 - completely satisfied with the deal - only to open it and realize it was the Supreme Plus ($168 on Amazon). So, an even better deal. Plus the added reusable k-cup, filter, and coffee. Excellent deal.

Yeah, I guess I didn't read the box at Costco. I was too excited to get it for $99. Hope it doesn't break!

My brother in law gave me an old "classic " model, he said it was working. Got the k cups and ready to go. Turn the unit on and it says dispense? And it squirted ALL the water in the reservoir out

Add in my $13 Citi Costco card rewards certificate for 2020 and this seemed like the perfect time to use it. I'll find out in the morning if it's a worthy upgrade over the Keurig Elite, but quite the deal for $87 plus tax.
