Either in store or online. See the Target post in search. Someone there posted the bar code. You scan this into your Target app. Then you can use it twice for car seat purchases.
Alternatively you can go to the store and hand in an old car seat and then scan the bar code there.
This model shows for kids up to 4 years old, as shown in specs. The DLX version shows up to 8 years. Guess that's why this type is way much cheaper than DLX.

It also says it goes to booster mode with belt up to 110lbs. I don't know many four year olds that can use a booster or that weigh 110lbs.

Yup, one of the biggest things I look to differentiate is also weight. The heavier ones tend to have better safety ratings. This one weighs exactly the same as the DLX. On the other hand, if you look at other lower end Graco seats, they're 40% lighter.
