This appears to be the regular price and always has been according to price trackers. What mod elevated this to front page? Explain yourself

Only significant downside is lack of center screw. Depending how heavy connected cords are and how they pull, I can see the unit working itself loose and exposing the prongs.
Lesser known fact, this is why outlets are installed "upside down." So only the ground is exposed from something touching on top of exposed.

Even the two outlet regular wall mounts are connected to same breaker and there might be multiple of those 2 outlet ones that are connected to same breaker as well.
