Stupid system too. I just tried logging in to the loyalty.slickdeals.net system and it keeps giving me an error. Telling me I must pass the recaptch verification, but the system never shows me anything!! So I'm failing a test I was never given. Tried multiple times to the same end. (latest FF with no special ad blockers, if that makes a difference.)
I fully admit and recognize that our slickdeals rebates program in the past wasnt the smoothest system (especially because we had to use a third party provide to process rebates), but this new Slickdeals Rewards / Cashback program is different, and was made fully in-house by the Slickdeals team and is supported by the Slickdeals team. There are real people here that you have direct access to that can help resolve any issues you have and take any feedback you've got to make the program better.
Previous SD rebates through 4myrebate was fine, but the SoFi rebate in 2020 was such a shitshow. SD did not respond to tickets for months, then lied with a straight face in the thread, and continue to do another rebate scam.

BTW, I'd like to add a "thank you" to the SD staff since lots are reading this thread. I'm not going to complain about free money. If you're not interested, move on. To those who are surprised or hold negative feeling about how SD operates, welcome to capitalism. And if you begin to consider what the alternatives look like, go visit the FatWallet graveyard. I've spent more time on this website than I care to fathom over the past 15 years and have benefited countless occasions. As always, if you don't like something be the change you wish to see. SD has flourished where others have crashed miserably, so they and the users must be doing something right. Heck, I'm fairly surprised they haven't been bought out by Amazon or Walmart. When they sell out to that extend, then you should b-itch.
I hope it gets better and I hope SD's realizes that the people who post good deals are what make this site, not the URL, not the brand, if the quality posters bail, the site is dead and you can monetize it all you want but you wont make a buck. So id like to see some effort into supporting those people (i admittedly am not one), like them getting a small cut in very popular deals when SD makes money from it.
How to know "supplies last"?
