It took a week to get a simcard, tried activating online, then was directed to 844-817-8093,
Was then told my unlocked iPhone which i own, will be locked to Boost for 12 months, say what?
When you try and search for corporate contacts, the numbers do not work.
This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with, PLEASE stay away................................
Filed a case with Paypal and they refunded quick
1. I checked my phone IMEI and boost site said it is compatible. - RED FLAG
2. I bought a plan online in a first month deal($10 - 1 gb) and sim card was shipped to me.
3. Added sim card and then activation link said my phone need some different sim card part #.
4. Bought the sim card needed - I had it from sprint days.
5a) Entered my port in info in activation process. It did not show the plan I bought. I picked min. plan available -
5b) and without taking any payment , it started my activation.- RED FLAG. How can you activate without payment and without providing HIDDEN costs. you will see later.
6. Later my number was ported and boost CS refused to change the plan. Said cannot change until you pay $35. - RED FLAG
7. I paid $35 plan and then they said you need to pay another $10 activation fee. Because your phone is BYOD and being "Reactivated". - RED FLAG

Horrible experience. No transparency in their process. Conficting information.
