I have these and I think they're great. I also have the WF-1000XM3 which I bought before getting these. The sound quality of the two is very close and I feel like these have a little more punch to them, which is probably intended given that they're expected to be used during exercise. The noise cancelling is supposed to be slightly better with the 1000XM3 but honestly the SP800N does a great job. Overall I use the SP800Ns way more because with their somewhat lighter weight as well as the earpieces that help hold them in place, they stay in much better for me than the 1000XM3. I can really only use the 1000XM3s if I'm sitting at my desk. At $100, I think these are a steal, and I doubt your going to find better for a similar price. Definitely recommend.
Huh? 9 + hours?
That's great battery life for earbuds.

Double the time for AirPods Pro (4.5 hours), and at half the cost.

I am considering giving these a shot, just found this review article about them and am questioning if I should - https://www.cnet.com/reviews/sony...0n-review/

Basically rates about the same as Beats Powerbeats Pro overall. The thing that is making me second guess is the review says "While they don't perform quite as well the WF-1000XM3 and lack a little bit of premium touch for their price, the WF-SP800N are very good active noise-canceling true wireless sports earbuds." Not sure how to read into that.

I would buy airpods, but it is more than double the price with ANC. I want some buds that work on iPhone, Android (Galaxy devices), Windows laptop, as well as Macbook Pro. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just got mine today, comfortable. Going from the Jaybird Runs to these... no competition, Sony nailed it . The app is also top notch. Only con I see is that they stick out a little more then I like.

I've run with them and had no trouble with them staying in. There's a mode for passing in ambient sound too in case you're running outside.

I love my Jaybird runs (with comply tips) but after several years one of the buds is starting to not always charge and if I don't catch it it's a huge bummer when I want to go run and don't have charged earbuds. I think it might partially be due to the comply tips messing with the connection but don't really want to take them off either. Was on the lookout for a potential backup/replacement pair and you sold me, so I hope you're right.
