I have purchased 3 coolers from them a 30qt and tow 65qt. The Trooper 30 was listed as refurbished bit when it showed up at the door was new with tags. Both 65 hard coolers were listed as refurbished and yes they were refurbished. The first one I had to send it back it had a lot of wear and tear, the second one was like new condition and I keept that one. Neither of the 65qt coolers came with any accesories meaning no tray and no bottle opener. Hope this helps in making your desicion.

Got this in the last deal, so far so good. Tried it for hot food too and it worked surprisingly well even though it's definitely not made for that.
