I found this great little fan (tool only) in a Home Depot store, after I read about it at this site. It's a small, portable 18 volt Ryobi and it's perfect for football games or any outside event if your sitting.
Even though it's light with only a 1.5 battery, I don't know if you'd want to hold it for any length of time. You wouldn't want it around your neck, but you could attach it to your belt with some ingenuity.
The model number is PCF02 and it did show online for in store purchase ONLY, but I don't see it now.
Tell the sales people that it's probably on a shelf in a "no home" section. It says "Special buy while supplies last" on the package.
I'll post pictures in a few. Not too bad for $20
if you are already invested in Ryobi and have some batteries, because the 1.5's are $50 each!
I'm running it on high now, just to see how long the 1.5 battery will go.
FYI on 1.5 battery life;
The fan ran on high for three hours with the 1.5Ah battery.
That battery is a year old though and has been used a good bit.

Thanks. I'm on my iPhone and couldn't really navigate that great outside.
Funny how it won't come up on the HD site using PCF02B, or using Ryobi cordless fan???
They were up high lying flat, so they were tricky to see, but the HD rep had the Ryobi fan on her cart and was using it to cool off while working so....she knew.

I drove straight to HD at 8:30 pm, hunted them down and bought two just before they closed.
The other employees followed the rep and I over to the "No home" area and I'm pretty sure that they bought up the last five.
Like I said in the original post, if you have the batteries already, then I'd say it's a little slippery at least or semi SLICK.
