Same I got one and I had to use an outlet extension cable to keep the 15w speed while using on my bed
No this will not charge an Apple Watch.
MagSafe cases weren't available when the 12 came out and I don't want to buy another case just to use a wireless charger, when my current Qi charger works.
My use case is mounting it in my car, as there most MagSafe car mounts require the case/charger combo (HaloLock for example).

No, it won't stick well, if at all. But it especially won't hold the weight of your phone while driving.
Doubtful you're getting the same speeds as the Magsafe alone when using a cheap Amazon extension cable.
