I don't know why the thumbs down on this. It's a great deal on an amazing little light. If you're running 18650s already, get one. I have several versions of this body and love all of them. If I lend them to people when I'm out camping, they try to keep them.
As a nitecore user, I have only had 2 complaints with any of the lights I have had from them, user interface stuff. Quality has been solid for several years. Good thing I don't need any more lights...lol

Good question. These are fairly old, and I have 3 different versions. I'd have to dig this particular one up to really check, but it's probably not going to be considered high CRI at this point. They aren't awful. None of mine have the 'green tint' issue. They all are a nice, clean, white. I'd go with 70+ instead of 90+.
What they all are, is an extremely comfortable, very very long lasting, useful light. They fit great in your hand and can go all night at useful levels without breaking a sweat. I've taken them hunting, caving, camping, working. I'm on BLF and CPF. Have been for probably 20 years. Got a metric ton of lights. This body is one of my favorites ever, and that's saying something.
I picked up a couple more, even though I didn't need them, just because they work so well. If they come available again, I wouldn't hesitate to pick one up if you need an amazingly useful general light. As long as you know how to handle 18650's properly. If you don't, do your research and still get one. Along with some Samsung 30Q's to run in them. Perfect match of price/performance.
Edit: On the more throw than flood, again, I'd have to dig up this exact model. None of them are lasers. They all work well as a general purpose light. They do tend more towards throw than flood, but they all have useful side spill. I love these things. In case you couldn't tell. This one might be a bit more throwy over floody. But it will definitely light up everything in front of you, while providing light for a good distance ahead. Best of both worlds.

Was ready to pull the trigger until I saw that.
