I think klipsch are easier to drive and in 5.1, i'd tape rp-8000's. for music, or 2 channel in general, i'd take these.

When a search for these speakers in Adorama, I see a price of 749.50 but the link provided works and shows the sale price. When I search, there is a "VIP360" note next to the price which I assume is a club to see the VIP pricing? If so, can someone post the link (or pm me) to VIP pricing for the White Oak center channel to go with these speakers? BRC1 is the model # and they show $379 for me.

Haha.. my brain substituted "pyramid" for "triangle" and it had me wondering why truck stop speakers were so expensive.

Exactly this. Wife wasn't super thrilled with the black towers I bought and when I showed her the light oak she thought they were gorgeous and actually compliments the decor.

I also wanted the same as you. Want to match the White Oak BR08 with the center speaker White Oak BRC1. I searched around on past slickdeals post on the BRC1 and found this post:

I clicked the link for the BRC1 White Oak priced at $199 and the link works! It showed the BRC1 White Oak at $199 in my cart. Just ordered 2x BR08 and 1x BRC1. Awesome price for the set.

white is also on sale. [adorama.com] I do not see brc1 on sale though
