"Features whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate." Fart bars. Don't believe me? Try some. There is a reason they bury that deeply in the description on their Amazon page and don't outright list the ingredients.
You can argue the heck out of that with me but I already tested that theory on over 10 people with the same results. It ends up being similar symptoms to lactose intolerance. You flood your body with more whey protein that it can absorb so it's off to your colon for a party.
The NIH disagrees with you, and finds 20g of protein per serving (like this bar) to be fully utilized. But you're probably a PhD nutritionist, right ? https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/...MC5828430/

You don't happen to work at chipotle do you?

They also cry when I get double meat saying I don't need that much protein

What did they change? I bought some a few years ago, tasted like a candy bar, another good tasting protein bar is the FitCrunch bars, typically go on sale at Costco, ends up being ~60-70 cents a bar.

You have to go to 'other sellers' on the bottom right corner

Like Quest, they changed their ingredients for cheaper ones. They used to be lovely and soft, now they're not.

In for the tea honestly. As for the musclepharm ones, they taste great but they give me the runs (or at least the farts) for sure. Not sure what they have in them but I gave them out to a couple coworkers at work and they told me they had similar experiences. Never buying those again
