I'm not an expert, but from what I gather from the data, the 3050 Ti is mostly better in performance than the 2060, but not quite as good as the 2070.

looking at the AC adapter that comes with the GP 66 3070/3080 model, 280w, I would say it should have the full powered 3070/3080

These are mostly bad deals. The GP 3070 is the best deal here but no USB c port, low quality chassis is quite concerning.
The MSI Pulse is awful, it's only a max q 80w 3060 and thermals are poor, fugly chassis too. So, the 3070 GP is the one to get if you aren't willing to wait for better options or don't want a alienware for whatever reason.

Unfortunately they aren't max P. The 3070 is 115w, not 130w like alienware and L5 pro/L7, and the 3080 is probably only 115w too and not 150w, it's also only 8GB VRAM gimped variant like some Asus 3080's. So definitely don't go above a 3070 here

If it's a max-q, this isn't worth buying especially Asus strix scar or gigabyte 3070 from gentech gives you max-P for the same $$$$. max-P is 25% more fps.

With dynamic boost I believe. They aren't max q no doubt, but technically aren't max p and leave a bit on the table in terms of wattage. Which is odd given the quality of the chassis. Overall, MSI generally gets good with their GE series, which is pretty much the most expensive laptops around but hey, if you're willing to fork over the he cash I guess.
