I don't have this specific brand, but I recently bought two of these same type of blankets. I didn't think they would get warm but was surprised how much heat they retained. It's been warm due to the outside weather so I stopped using it for the time being due to being too warm.

Sleep better. Not sure but gonna try it.
I am a 160lb 50 yr old man. I have been sleeping with a weighted blanket for about a year now. While they're not for everyone, I sleep a million percent more soundly according to my wife. I'm actually laying in bed now with it on me; here's a few things to note in case you've wanted one but haven't picked up one.

You really want the weight to be about 10-15% of whatever you weigh.
* I use a 12lb blanket and it's just fantastic. You don't realize how heavy a 12lb blanket is until you're laying under it. Or pick it up off the floor.

Next thing. They do not breathe. You will get hot underneath them; I have 2 different ones by 2 different brands and you will get warm.

I sleep with my toes out the bottom and usually wake up at the same time I normally would so while they do get warm, when you're asleep... You should hit the rem stage of sleep, easier and quicker; according to my doctor. For me that's definitely been the case.

3rd, they're not easy to wash without them perhaps having issues.

I wash them on delicate and dry them on the lowest setting. Never had any issues.

Hope this helps

For some people they feel comforted by the blanket. The extra weight is soothing for them

Yea the jury is still out so try yourself and see. I sleep like a baby naked and all so this might make me feel like I'm back in the womb napping.

This is kinda funny. Obviously can't do blind study as people would feel the weight. Lol.
