Almost exclusively posted by paid staffers, so I think this is more of an advertisement than a "deal"
You really want the weight to be about 10-15% of whatever you weigh.
* I use a 12lb blanket and it's just fantastic. You don't realize how heavy a 12lb blanket is until you're laying under it. Or pick it up off the floor.
Next thing. They do not breathe. You will get hot underneath them; I have 2 different ones by 2 different brands and you will get warm.
I sleep with my toes out the bottom and usually wake up at the same time I normally would so while they do get warm, when you're asleep... You should hit the rem stage of sleep, easier and quicker; according to my doctor. For me that's definitely been the case.
3rd, they're not easy to wash without them perhaps having issues.
I wash them on delicate and dry them on the lowest setting. Never had any issues.
