Yep. Fitbits break just after the warranty is up; not made to last.
20. Just before Black Friday, following year, get replaced at least once under warranty because it inevitably would break.
30. Just before Black Friday year 2 get American Express extended warranty credit because it would have broken again. Go to 10.
Did this cycle for several years until American Express extended warranty went away and then switched to Garmin because the FitBits only last about 11 months at best (they may last longer but will have significant issues within that first year).
OMG, I thought it was just me. Our fitbits broke 2 times in warranty, one after 😭
Thank god I bought it with the Costco Citibank credit card, they extended the warranty for another 2 years.
Have owned a versa 2 for 2 years, wear it everyday, it gets wet, etc
No issues. What do you guys do? Heavy construction work while wearing?
