Previous deal was 33/light. At 50/light you're better off with either 3 strips or another 100 for the gradient, IMO. This is more or less regular price.
Ok deal. The 2 packs drop down to the 80's and 90's every few months. So you can get them 40 each. If you need three and want to spend a little more (50 each). It's an ok deal

Link a 3 pack of these for $80? The best deal previous to this was $100 afaik

Sorry, I was more referring to the 2 packs that come out. Those drop to the 80/90 which is why I was saying they become 40 dollars a light. I'll edit my post to say that

He means price per unit. I agree with him. I've been hunting for a $40 or less deal for each unit for a while now. Because of how rarely that price comes around I'm giving this deal a thumbs up.
Me being a cheapskate, I won't bite until $40/ea or less.

The Gradient is great if you're using it for a TV. However, those 7 sections can't be programmed individually to create scenes when you're not watching. I like having multi-colored scenes in the evening when the TV isn't on. But I definitely want to pick up this 3 pack to see what it's like having color along the bottom of my TV as well.
I got these on a previous deal for $100 for 3 however it seems Philips raised the prices of most, if not all their Hue products across the board. I don't think you'll find prices like they were before, note their 2 pack is $149 now.
I REALLY wish these didn't need the Bridge and could be controlled over Bluetooth using the APP. My Bridge worked for about 3 hr the first day and now it cant find Hue lights and has constant disconnects with the blue ring light on the unit always flashing

They all plug into the same power brick. Each unit has its own cable, though.

Thanks for the info. I can't think of a scenario in my house where I would need three of these together so I'll pass
